Donegal Schools Open Cross Country Championships - Buncrana 2007

Scoil Mhuire's weather luck finally ran out for the Donegal Schools Annual Cross Country Championships which was held on the picturesque Shore front. For the last four years the weather had been excellent but 'real' cross country weather greeted the 300 plus atheletes today. Some 16 schools where represented from throughout Donegal including two from Derry who have enjoyed the 'local' competition since it became an open event two years ago.

Schools competing included:

Carndonagh CS, Crana College, Deele College Raphoe, Falcarragh Community School, Letterkenny Vocational School, Loreto College, Magh Ene College, Milford Community School, Mulroy College, Royal & Prior, Scoil Mhuire Buncrana (Hosts), St Eunan's College, St Columba's College, Rosses Community College, St Joseph's College Derry, St Cecelia's Derry.
