Donegal Town 5km & Enniskillen 10km

On Friday night 20 valley athletes travelled to scenic town on the coast, with the sun shining and a strong breeze blowing this would not put the 92 athletes off. 3 Valley men in the top 5 Kieran Carlin 2nd 15.44, Dominic Bonnar joint 4th with Darren Mc Glinchey in 15.58. Kay Byrne finishing 3rd in the ladies 18.37 Cliodhna Dunne 4th 19.47. Rosemary Bogle 19.56 with numerous category winners Valley athletes having a good day out. Saturday saw the Enniskillen 10km Tommy showing good form getting stronger with each race, finishing 4th in a time of 33.36. Rosemary Bogle finishing 63rd in a time of 41.52, Gloria Donaghey getting a PB & also winning the O-50 with a time of 46.30, Seanie O Leary having a great run with a time of 46.42 also a new PB.
