Ian Ward wins Ramelton 5k

Ian Ward who had spent the previous week in Barcelona watching the Europeans in the company of Shane Bonnar and Pat Hegarty got back to winning ways in Ramelton and now hopefully will begin to work at a successful crosscountry season in the months ahead.
