Mc Guigan wins AAA title in Bedford.

Fellan Mc Guigan ended his season on a really strong note Saturday in Bedford winning the under 15 AAA hammer in a new pb of 60-05 a throw that he nailed indeed a pb in the 5th round to win from Campbell ( Windsor Slough ac ) . THis puts him top of the Irish rankings this year and second on the U K ranking list also putting him on the all time list so he is indeed a happy young man . Younger brother Dalton finished 8th and with another season in his age group one can only be happy with that . Well done lads and to mother Carolyn who has been with them every step of the way .

Club meeting Thursday evening and training now in full swing asking one and all to pass the word. Enjoyable BBQ friday night hosted by Kieran Carlin Thank you Kieran on behalf of all in attendance .Schools cross country due at Valley Sept.29th and 30th so no time to waste .
