Doyle Earns Start in Europeans.
Brian Doyle in running a 47-12 in blustery conditions at the Dublin
international in Santry on Sunday confirmed his start in the 4x4 in
Europeans in Goteborg next week.
This was his last opportunity to nail down a spot on the starting team
and he did that with his P.B.
He can obviously run a low 46 split on the day and is a real boost to
what is an in form team hoping to challenge for the final and a new
Irish record.
This weekend on Saturday the Valley squads are off to the national
league hoping to gain a spot in the final.
Transport leaves at 7:30am and the bus fee is 10 euro.
Neil Martin and Seamus McGranaghan are team leaders.
Kieran Carlin continued on his winning way in the Dungloe 5k and
Catriona Devine won the women's section.
