Venue: Finn Valley A.C. Stranorlar

Date: 27^th September 2006

Time: 1^st event U-9 Girls @11.15am start. Event complete @ 12.15pm

Presentation: 12.30pm

Entry Fee: €3.00 per child payable at registration on the day.

Teachers / Adults in charge can help by collecting entry fee on journey to the event.

Prize Structure:

1. 1st 20 in each race

2. 1st 3 teams plus 1st small school, 1^st medium school in each race

3. Overall schools category to include:

   1. Large School (200-300)

   2. Medium School (100-200)

   3. Small School (0-100)

Age Categories:

Under 9 (born 1998/1999) – 600m

Under 11 (born 1996/1997) – 800m

Under 13 (born 1994/1995) – 1000m

Programme:

1. U-9 Girls

2. U-9 Boys

3. U-11 Girls

4. U-11 Boys

5. U-13 Girls

6. U-13 Boys

Teams are evaluated on their top 4 athletes in each particular race. Each school is encouraged to bring along as many athletes as they wish, in other words:

you may run as many as you wish in each race….

Please note: there is sufficient indoor cover / changing in the case of inclement weather, although it is advisable to caution to bring a change of clothes should it be a “bad” day!

6^th Secondary Schools Level Cross- Country

Your school is invited to participate at the 6^th Secondary Schools Level Cross Country event which is taking place on the 28^th of September 2006. This was a most successful event last year.
